If your face is expressive, you probably noticed a horizon across your forehead. To reduce the appearance, place the index and middle fingers of both hands in the center of the forehead and stack them vertically. Then move the forehead horizontally towards the hairline, creating a semicircle with each set of fingers and gently pulling the skin in the opposite direction. Continue to move along the forehead, alternating the finger set to the top position. When you reach the hairline, return to the center of your forehead and work in the opposite direction. Repeat this exercise 5 times in each direction.

When you go outdoors, your mind and body are strange, but when you squint, the “crow’s legs” around your eyes become annoying. Place your index finger on the skin just below the center of your eyes to continue to enjoy the sun and prevent wrinkles. Move your fingers toward your temples, stop when you reach each outer eye, and gently massage your skin. Gently pull on the skin to smooth out wrinkles and squint upwards for 5 seconds to strengthen the lower eyelids. Repeat 5 times.

Lions Breath is a type of pranayama breathwork performed in Lion Pose, or Simhasana, and is ideal for promoting facial and neck stretching and relaxation. First, relax with your shoulders facing your back and place your hands on your thighs. Inhale deeply through your nose and breathe into your chest. Then exhale through your mouth, make a loud “huh” sound, and stretch your tongue toward your chin to finish. Repeat 5 times.
