Now, sweeter, this list has everyone’s favorite keels. Keel is an important part of the Indian lifestyle. Whether it’s your birthday or Pooja, you can’t do it without a keel. Now, this healthy quinoa keel can be eaten without counting calories or worrying about carbs!
This is how you make it:
・ Soak ¼ cup of quinoa in water for about 15 minutes. Drain well and let it rest.
・ Heat the ghee a little with a rice cooker and add quinoa.
Fry on low heat for 5 minutes, then add 1/4 cup of both milk and water.
・ Close the lid and wait for the whistle to ring three times.
Quinoa is soft enough to add 3/4 cup of milk.
・ Add saffron as needed, or simmer for 2 minutes, add sugar as needed, and simmer over low heat until thickened.
・ Take it out of the pot and decorate it with cashew nuts and pistachios to make it beautiful!
