To make your paratha healthier, pay attention to the type of oil you use and the amount of oil you use. Avoid using ghee or refined oils when cooking paratha, and instead choose olive oil, which is a much healthier alternative. Olive oil has a mild taste, so it does not spoil the taste of paratha.
When using oil, use a brush to lightly grease the paratha during cooking, rather than using a spoon to lubricate the paratha. With good use of oil, you can make a whole paratha with a spoonful of oil.
